Living
A pretty brick built barn, with secure parking for up to 4 cars within a secure sliding gate. Arrive at Cowshed Barn and discover a country cottage, with beautifully thought out interior design with a modern country twist throughout.
The gorgeous and large cosy living room, with a wood burning stove. A huge 4 seater linen sofa and two armchairs provide plenty of space for 4 adults. Logs are provided free of charge with a full log basket on arival. A limestone floor and original artwork, offers a cosy space for friends and family to relax and enjoy.
There's a cute outside seating area with large corner sofa set and dinning table, the seating area looks out over a courtyard garden with a central pond. The garden has been designed by a gold medal winning garden designer. Please note the owners live on site and have access to this garden, although they use there own garden to the rear.
Eating
Theres an open plan kitchen and dining space with seating for 4 adults. The kitchen is painted in Farrow and Ball Ammonite with lovely panelling, a huge smeg fridge and lovely pantry cuboard. There's a fitted oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

Sleeping & Bathing
There are two lovely bedrooms, each bedroom is unique, with its own en-suite bathroom. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom is particularly suitable for guests with mobility issues.
The up stairs master bedroom with unsuite covers the whole top floor of the cottage. A kingsized bed set beneath a pretty window with bedside tables, chest of draws and TV.
The second bedroom has a king-sized bed dressed in neutral tones, set beneath a beautiful feature panelled wall. There are bedside draws and a wardrobe. A wall mounted TV hangs oposite the bed.
The upstairs bathroom, features a roll-top bathtub with shower mixer tap and luxury organic bubble bath with essential oils from Bramley Products. Beautiful artisan tiles adhorn the floor.
The downstairs bathroom with walk in power shower, is particularly suitable for guests with mobility issues, being ground floor.
All bathrooms feature a heated towel rail to ensure towels are kept warm and fluffy, and underfloor heating.
All bedrooms have GHD hairdryers.
Outdoor Space
Outside the cottage is a 7 seater corner sofa set with dinning table. The garden designed by a gold medal winning garden designer, is always maintained.
There is a gas BBQ, and gas is provided FOC.
Please note, as the garden is so special, gardens will be attend more regularly to enure its kept watered and maintained.
Please be aware of the small pond and children, who must not be left unsupervised in the garden.
Setting
Cowshed Barn is set in a rural location about 4 miles from the hustle and bustle of Stratford upon Avon. There is a supermarket close by and a selection of local shops, for take aways, there's also a bakery and a fab cafe selling home made cakes. Opening soon is the new Pig Hotel about 1 mile away.

Babies & Children
Little ones are very welcome at Cowshed Barn a travel cot and highchair are available on request. Due to the high quality of the fixtures such as the linen sofa, no letting children eat, climb or drink on them.
Please note that care should be taken with small children around the pond which is unfenced.not fenced.
Dogs
Cowhed Barn does not permit dogs, as the owners have a small dog, and it would not be fair on him.
Parking
Dover's Rise has private, off-road parking for up to four cars on the driveway.
